As the frozen‑food, baking and dessert industries in North China keep expanding, frozen‑food factories, baking chains, central kitchens and OEM food manufacturers have strong demands for equipment upgrading. As the special zone of The 24th China (Qingdao) International Food Processing & Packaging Machinery Exhibition, 2027 Qingdao Frozen Pasta, Pastry, Baking & Dessert Equipment Exhibition will be grandly held from May 27‑29, 2027 at Qingdao Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center, building a professional trade‑matching platform for machinery manufacturers to connect with northern buyers.

Covering 80,000 ㎡ exhibition area, the show will gather more than 1000 exhibitors from upstream and downstream food‑equipment sectors, expecting over 100,000 professional visitors. Target buyers include frozen‑food manufacturers, baking factories, dessert processors, central kitchens, food engineering contractors, distributors, agents and supply‑chain departments of chain brands.

冷冻面食设备：水饺、包子、馒头、汤圆、面条全自动生产线，和面机、压面机、醒发设备、成型机、速冻隧道、冷冻成套设备；

糕点烘焙设备：面包、月饼、酥饼、饼干全自动生产线，隧道烤炉、烤箱、冷却输送线、打发搅拌设备、糕点成型设备；

甜品糖果设备：蛋糕、慕斯、巧克力、糖果生产设备，浇注机、裱花设备、夹层锅、均质乳化设备；

Frozen Pasta Processing Equipment: Full‑automatic production lines for dumplings, steamed buns, tangyuan and noodles; dough mixers, dough sheeters, proofing machines, forming machines, quick‑freezing tunnels and complete freezing systems.

Pastry & Baking Equipment: Automatic production lines for bread, moon‑cakes, shortbread and biscuits; tunnel ovens, baking ovens, cooling conveyor lines, whipping & mixing equipment, pastry forming machinery.

Dessert & Confectionery Equipment: Production machines for cake, mousse, chocolate and candies; depositors, decorating machines, jacketed kettles and homogenizing emulsifying devices.

Supporting Equipment: Stuffing mixing & processing machines, sterilization & cooling units, demolding & conveying systems, packaging machines for baked & dessert products, refrigeration & dehumidification and workshop purification equipment.
